New palletizing robot

He has been around for a while, but in the first few weeks we carefully looked at how we could best adjust our new acquisition. In this case we are not talking about a trainee, but about a real palletizing robot! Never heard of it? Then read on.

A palletizing robot automates repetitive work in a production line. The investment in this robot reduces the chance of physical complaints among our employees. In addition, it naturally yields efficiency gains. This palletizing robot is set up in our fully automatic production line and – regardless of dimensions – places the cans in the right position on a pallet. In addition, after filling a layer of cans, the robot applies a cardboard interlayer sheet, so that the next layer can be placed. Even though the robot has been running for a few weeks now: it remains a mighty sight to see it at work. Daarnaast brengt de robot na het vullen van een laag blikken een kartonnen tussenlegvel aan, zodat de volgende laag geplaatst kan worden.
